The development of this course took many years. For a long time I did not feel ready to lead such a huge undertaking. However, at some point, the women began to demand, ask, there was a readiness and in me ... Numerous synchronizations and unexpected events began to happen. I was a teacher of yoga, tantra, meditation, breathing practices, I healed others, I was a therapist, coach, a traveler lost in his own journey. I lived in Buddhist centers and in the Amazon jungle. I ate various specifics that opened the gates of perception ... to return to the simplicity of life on earth and gratitude for the Miracle of existence. I could list here all the schools I've been to, those I've graduated from and those I've dropped out of, the masters od which I was learning and those who let me get lost ... but this will not happen. I have been running my own business for two years now. Sharing my experiences and what I gained from all these crazy - more and less experiences. I am here to be with your own process of transformation, recovery and inner harmony. My heart's call is to create safe spaces filled with love, clarity and sobriety so that I can grow in lightness and become the Artist of my life.
For two years he has also been professionally involved in the analysis of personality and human potential according to Human Design . And for 4 years he has been exploring the healing power of Chinese tea at the Art of Tea school.
She specializes in bioenergy therapy, hypnotherapy and relaxation, activation of self-healing processes, reprogramming and harmonizing the energy structures of our being, and thus working on the subtle levels of our existence that condition what is less subtle. She loves to assist in deep processes of internal transformation, returning to inner Power and Authenticity, being a loving presence and a silent observer during individual and group sessions. Music, singing and dancing - are her medicine of the soul. Piano and singing have accompanied her since childhood. She is a facilitator of women's circles, breathwork and active meditations (she started with Osho's active meditations; now she creates her own) and authentic movement and family settings in the heart field (she has many years of experience in 5 rhythms, Movement Medicine, or Hellinger's systemic settings). She is the creator of transformative workshops in women's circles, an original method of working with the body and massage. Together with Mariusz Czaiński, she creates spaces for self-realization and exploration, meditation and mindfulness, freedom from fear, or blossoming in love, awareness and respect for oneself and others. Author and founder of the international multidisciplinary project Crystal Dakini for women and co-creator of the Sound Harmony project, which deals mainly with music therapy and the healing power of sound.
