I love creating safe, therapeutic, magical spaces to grow in love, awareness and respect for myself and others. I love watching you overcome obstacles on your way with ease, how you go beyond your comfort zone, beyond mental limitations and old patterns, or generational fears and traumas, concepts about yourself and what is and is not "possible". I love watching you blossom in respect for yourself and your body!

We start on Saturday, November 19 at 16:00

We finish around 21:00.

We meet in a beautiful place called Zielona Przystań on the outskirts of Szczecin on the Płonia River.

🦋 FOR WHOM?

For all women ready to choose themselves and grow in love and awareness.

You are welcome here, exactly as you are.

No experience required.

🦋 TAKE WITH YOU:

• comfortable clothes that do not restrict movement, or your favorite dress and warm socks
• a bottle of water to ensure proper hydration during 
• a blanket to cover, possibly a pillow (body temperature may drop during music therapy sessions) 
• a mat to make you comfortable  
• notebook and something to write in it

🦋 TO GET FULL BENEFITS FROM THIS EVENT, I RECOMMEND:

• do not eat large amounts of food right before the event 
• if possible, on this day (24 hours before) refrain from consuming coffee, alcohol, meat, large amounts of sugar 
• please do NOT use intense perfumes
• get some sleep and come refreshed

• pacemaker
• pregnancy up to 12 weeks 
• severe mental illnesses, e.g. schizophrenia
• taking psychoactive substances and drugs or mind-altering substances
