We invite you to a 1.5 hour professional music therapy session, relaxation and activation of self-healing processes in the sounds of archaic instruments: gongs, Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, didgeridoo, drums, sitar, voice, shamanic drum and heart songs, which will take us on a journey into the interior, introducing a deep state of relaxation. We will also be accompanied by an amazing Austrian zither and an Indian ocarina, rattles, wind chimes and Nepalese tingshas.

This experience aims to help you regain health and inner harmony, support stress relief, soothe and relax through conscious work with the vibration of gong sounds, therapeutic instruments, bioenergy therapy, guided relaxation and meditation, and lots of positive vibrations.

All our instruments are tuned to 432 Hz , these are frequencies that support the body's healing processes.

It is proven that the vibrations of Chinese gongs and bowls forged from metal alloys and crystal bowls (99.99% from mountain quartz) tuned at 432 Hz, which are therapeutic and healing instruments, have a positive effect on maintaining the homeostasis of the human body and healing processes. According to research, the vibrations and frequencies of gongs after 21 minutes of a music therapy session cause the breakdown of cancer cells , and the body regenerates much faster during such a session, post-operative scars also heal faster.

Take with you:

• comfortable, non-restrictive clothing and warm socks
• a bottle of water to ensure proper hydration during the run
• a blanket to cover yourself with, or a pillow (your body temperature may drop during a music therapy session)
• a mat to make you feel comfortable

To fully benefit from this event, we recommend:

• do not eat larger amounts of food 2 hours/one and a half before the event
• if possible, on that day (24 hours before) refrain from consuming coffee, alcohol, meat, and large amounts of sugar
• please do NOT use intense perfumes

Contraindications:

• pacemaker, or other electronic and metal components in the body
• mental illnesses such as schizophrenia
• taking psychoactive substances and medicines, or substances that alter consciousness (including rape, psilocybin, cannabis)
