We invite you to a 1.5-hour professional session of music therapy, relaxation and activation of self-healing processes in the sounds of archaic instruments: gongs, Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, didgeridoo, harp drums, sitar, voice, shamanic drum and heart songs that will take us on a journey inside introducing a deep state of relaxation. We will also be accompanied by an amazing Austrian zither and Indian ocarina, rattles, wind chimes and Nepalese tingches.

This experience is intended to help you regain health and inner harmony, help you release from stress, soothe and relax through conscious work with the vibration of gong sounds, therapeutic instruments, bioenergy therapy, relaxation and meditation, and lots of positive vibrations._cc781905-5cde-3194 -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_

Take with you: 

• comfortable clothes and warm socks that do not restrict movement  
• a bottle of water to ensure proper hydration in the trkata 
• a blanket to cover, possibly a pillow (body temperature may drop during music therapy sessions) 
• a mat to make you comfortable  

To take full advantage of this event, we recommend: 

• do not eat large amounts of food 2 hours / one and a half before the event 
• if possible, on this day (24 hours before) refrain from consuming coffee, alcohol, meat, large amounts of sugar 
• please do NOT use intense perfumes

Contraindications:

• pacemaker
• pregnancy up to 12 weeks 
• severe mental illnesses, e.g. schizophrenia
• taking psychoactive substances and drugs or mind-altering substances
